Does this replace my phone number?
No. Sage connects to the number you already use. Customers call the same number they always have, and she answers when you can't.
Do I have to switch schedulers?
No. We connect to the software you already use and build around it.
What happens if Sage doesn't know an answer?
She doesn't guess. The call gets flagged for follow-up and you're notified, so you can call the customer back yourself.
How do the AI and phone fees work?
You're billed $0.20 for every minute Sage is actually on the phone. There's no monthly minimum and no cap, so you never pay for calls you didn't get. Your phone numbers, texts, carrier texting registration and the database your system runs on are billed at exactly what they cost us, with no markup. Ask and we'll show you the bills.
How do you know what you recovered?
Before we start, we measure how your business does on its own from your own records, and we both sign off on it. Every month we show you every job we brought back and how your numbers compare. You can check all of it yourself, and we only count money your customers actually paid.
What's the setup-fee guarantee?
If we don't recover at least $2,000 for you in your first 90 days after going live, we refund your $2,000 setup fee. We count it exactly the way we bill: only jobs your customers actually paid for, confirmed in your own records and payment system. It applies once your side of setup is done: your "before" numbers signed, your records and payments connected, and your missed calls forwarded.
